SERVICE POLICY

Firearms transferred to Crosshairs Firearms LLC are considered abandoned if not picked up within 60 calendar days from the date the firearm was received by Crosshairs Firearms LLC unless other arrangements were made, and agreed to by the owners. If we are unable to contact you by phone, (e.g. Shipper does not provide a contact number, you have changed your number, or you have voicemail that has not been set-up, or we do not have correct number), then it is your responsibility to come in and collect your firearm(s) within 60-calendar days. To avoid potential straw purchases, only the sender of a firearm can change the name of the person who will receive the gun. All monies collected from the sale of an abandoned and sold firearm shall belong to Crosshairs Firearms LLC and the intended recipient of such firearm shall not have any recourse against Crosshairs Firearms LLC, its owners, agents, or successors.

Orders

You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun (18 - 20 will have a mandatory waiting period of up to 10 days) and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules.

To buy Pistol ammunition, you must be at least 21 years old and at least 18 years old for Rifle ammunition.

All sales of firearms, ammunition, and chemicals are FINAL. Once a firearm is transferred to a customer, Crosshairs Armament LLC will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered by the customer after the transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair. Items not eligible for return: Firearms (Includes Serialized Items such as Frames, Receivers & Receiver Sets), Ammunition, Clearance/Closeout Items, Chemicals.
